So it begins...

I started this blog on a whim, and because of that it I hope it will inspire those who read it. Cooking became a hobby of mine during sophomore year of college and over the last three years it has consumed me. Everything from French toast soufflé to chili to chocolate chip cookies have all been made in my kitchen FROM SCRATCH.

I love coming across someone who is genuinely afraid of cooking anything just because they are not familiar with the art. It really is a lot simpler than they think, but it can become as difficult as you make it.

Anyway, throughout the life of this blog I will offer ideas, recipes, tips, and some anecdotes that only delving into the kitchen world can bring. Below is a picture of my favorite dish so far that has been created in my kitchen, which will be known as RONSKI'S.
